These are cool, the left and bottom characters sort of remind me of The Baskervilles, animated tv series. The hands on the guy on the left look very nice, but the cigarette hand on the guy on the right looks a bit odd. I think it's either the fact that you can't see the butt of the cigarette poking between any two of his fingers, and that the pinky finger looks quite small. Also try to give the pinky finger a "flat" tip like the other fingers instead of a pointy tip.
Consistency. It's just me being a gasbag and nitpicking but every little helps.
Hey Matti, how do you get those really thin lines in photoshop? I've always wanted to try a style like that, but I can't really seem to get it through digitally. If you don't want to disclose one of your *secrets* of success, I'll understand
Hey. sorry for the uber late response, I've been mega busy. I get thin lines just by scanning thin pencil lines. Theres no trick. Just do some traditional clean up then import it into photoshop and color the lines. There are a number of ways to do this. I usually make a digital transparency then paint behind that, kind of like traditional cell painting. In order to further explain it i'd have to show you...but its not like your in my class or anything and i'd ever get a chance to talk to you in person...wait. yeah, ill definitely show you during the school year.
By the way how are you doing man. you working this summer?
lovin em all, except for the hand on the guy on the right. The little finger seems very far forward compared to the rest. I know its stylised, but you rarely see a bend like that in a littel finger without the others following slightly.
But excellent designs otherwise, especially the wheels on the bike
