Just calibrated my monitors gamma to standard. So hopefully its ok.

yeah. i'm using a mac. by default the gamma is at 1.8. it should be at 2.2

if you have a macbook you should be ok though. I'm not sure how the crt is on that. but im using a dell display with a mac...so there are some issues that come with that.
